A jig made of 2 x 4's was set up to bend the 1/2 plywood to. |

The plywood was fiberglassed on one side before installing it on the jug. Two pcs of 3/4 inch plywood 4 inches wide are at each joint of plywood. There are two layers of plywood with the joints staggered a four feet apart. |
First layer up and looks good enough to continue. |

Both layers up and the aft end is trimmed to shape. |
First, fiberglassed between the jig components |

and screwed to the deck with 1/4 x 2" stainless steel screws three inched apart. |
After the jig components were removed the fiberglassing was completed and the remaining screws put in. |

Both sides completed. The outside joint at the deck was filled with cabosil and radiused. |
